Quick-build warehouses, different sizes.

  • Containers are stocked with one- or two- wings door including door handle and lock in front or side wall.
  • Container can be flat packed so it is possible to reduce the cost of transportation.
  • Fully assembled containers can be lifted by crane or fork-lift truck.
  • There are special fitted corners for attachment by crane.

Using - stuff storage

 

  • container is suitable for storage of any material

Using - chemical products storage

 

  • Is used as a temporary storehouse for chemical substances, oil products and inflammable materials with flash point higher than 100° C, that don?t react with Zn.

Using - garden shed

 

  • container may be used for storage of garden machines and tools
  • container can be supplied with shelf stands

Modifications - side door

 

  • containers are stocked with one- or two- wings doors including door handle and lock in front or side wall

Modifications - windows

 

  • containers can be stocked with 850x750 mm with shutter or 300x577 mm window without shutter

Modifications - floor

 

The floor is made in 4 types:

  • 35 mm thick tongue and groove wooden planks
  • plastic 12 mm thick (polypropylen bearing structure with covering polyester resin)
  • steel hot deep galvanized with sheet with antislip lugs
  • hot deep galvanized bunded floor with grill.

  • container can be stocked with shelf stands

Modifications - surface treatment

 

  • Single-coloured powder coating outer surfaces of container in any RAL shade. Inside surfaces of container parts are partly interfered with applied powder.
  • Custom-made also single-coloured double-sided powder coating of container parts.

Modifications - roof bracing

 

  • container can be stocked with roof supports

Modifications - joining of containers

 

  • end to end connection of two containers is possible by useing of connection kit

Technical details

  • container is made with from 0,75 mm galvanised sheet
  • framework is made with from 2 mm galvanised sheet
  • containers are stocked with one- or two- wings doors including door handle and lock in front or side wall
  • entry dimensions are 1930 x 1930 mm, when the door is fully open
  • 35 mm tongue and grooved wooden planks
